Flying Bean Coffee is only responsible for returns that have been previously consulted (info@flyingbeancoffee.com) and made within 7 working days after reception. If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, the remedy afforded to the customer is a refund. Please inspect the packaging upon receipt, and do not accept defective packages. To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice. It is very important that returned products are perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted. For all returns, the value of the order will be refunded except for return expenses and associated services. In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all expenses will be covered by Flying Bean Coffee.

ORDER RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact Flying Bean Coffee at info@flyingbeancoffee.com and communicate the items you wish to return. If you indicate “Return” in the subject of the message and provide the order number and as much data as possible, it will be easier for us to solve your problem.
  2. Product Pickup. In the case of a return due to shipping errors or other causes unrelated to you, we will take care of the pickup. If the product does not meet your expectations, we also take care of providing you with a solution and picking it up.
  3. Once the material is received in our warehouse, the refund for the product will be provided to you.
